From Vevey to Montreux, through La Tour-de-Peilz, Clarens and Corseaux, the Vaud Riviera draws a discerning clientele. Espace Pilates 1814 is its first Pilates studio, opened by Sabrina Tissot in 2003 and ideally placed at the heart of the region — at Rue du Château 1 in La Tour-de-Peilz.
Our signature: mindful Pilates, private or in a very small group (three people maximum). Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Eldoa, mobility — the equipment and expertise of a true studio, for every body. That level of attention is what built our reputation across the Riviera.
