For years, Sabrina has shared her vision of physical exercise as an art of living. For her students, each session is a singular experience — one where movement connects to a way of life.
Founder of Espace Pilates in La Tour-de-Peilz — the first Pilates studio on the Riviera Vaudoise — she is an established international trainer, teaching between Milan, New York, Paris and renowned studios around the world. A 1993 graduate in Fitness & Wellness from the UNIL+EPFL Sport & Health Service, she now has more than thirty years of experience in movement and wellbeing, twenty-five of them devoted to Pilates.
Trained in Pilates by Ana Maria Cova in Milan in 2000, Sabrina pairs charisma with a deep understanding of anatomy to reveal the benefits of movement — with precision, sensitivity and joie de vivre.
Pilates does not require flexibility — it builds it.
